This is the flavour that started it them all and won Best Condiment at the 2026 Alberta Food and Beverage Awards! Bacon from Irving Farms in Roundhill is the main ingredient. To that Maple Syrup, Apple Cider Vinegar, Coffee and Brown Sugar are added. Great to use on any dish, but it all started here looking for a great burger topping!
