KDays Pop Up info

Please read this carefully as it outlines all the important info regarding how we will be operating our KDays Pop Up.

Your product will be displayed in the The Makers Keep pop-up in a designated spot
assigned to you by The Makers Keep.

● All brands will be allocated (roughly) 4 feet wide by 2 feet deep by 8 feet tall for setting up. You can be creative with this space allowance and bring shelving, stacking tables, backdrops, etc, but please do not exceed these measurements.
● You (the vendor) will be responsible for your booth design, fixtures, display items,
signage and marketing material. All displays must be free standing as we will not have solid walls surrounding our booth. *All displays/fixtures must be labelled with your brand name.
● We simply cannot accommodate large market set ups and pop-up banner signs. If you have a market set up that you would like to use but it is a bit outside of the measurements listed above, please let us know and we will get back to you on whether
or not it is acceptable.
● Your booth will be monitored, organized, and restocked by our TMK team as needed.
● The Makers Keep will provide all staff, packaging, bags, marketing material, POS system and all other services to operate the pop-up, including enhanced theft prevention measures including but not limited to; pipe and drape walls for our entire area and at least one EXPO security representative monitoring our area and the local market area at all times.
● We ensure that everyone’s work will be respected and handled appropriately with the utmost care.
● 50% commission will be taken from all sales (50% to The Makers Keep – 50% to the consigner)

**NEW: To better support the promotion and overall success of our pop-up at KDays, we’ve introduced a one-time vendor registration fee of $25 per vendor. This fee is necessary to help ensure a successful experience for everyone involved and will only be applied upon acceptance. It will go directly toward enhancing our presence at the event, including marketing efforts, promotional materials, staffing, and improved security and loss prevention measures. Our goal is to make this experience as impactful and successful as possible for all vendors.

***You will be responsible for dropping off and picking up all products, display, fixtures, etc for this event. Please contact us upon acceptance to make other arrangements of necessary.
Set up and take down dates and times will be sent out closer to the date of the event.
