Baby Repair Balm - Sakina Botanicals

This gentle balm was especially formulated to hydrate sensitive baby skin that is prone to dryness, itching and other issues. Perfect for minor baby skin irritations including eczema, cradle cap and diaper rash. Cloth diaper safe.

For babies under 3 months old, please use one of our Boreal Salves or our Frankincense + Myrrh Salve as an essential oil-free skin balm.

Please note: Baby Repair Balm is specifically formulated to be much harder than most other balms currently on the market. (If you're looking for a softer balm, our Frankincense & Myrrh Resin Salve and Boreal Salves are much softer) Our Baby Repair Balm requires you to use the back of your nail to scrape the product out of the container, and then to warm the product up in your hand before applying it to the skin. The hardness is due to the high beeswax content, which is done on purpose to help protect baby's skin and provide a barrier when it's sitting in a wet diaper for long periods of time, or when eczema or other skin irritations are present. Beeswax is a natural skin humectant and protectant and will help to hold moisture in the skin, as well as protecting against rashes.

Ingredients (*Certified Organic): Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil*, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter*, Cera Alba (Beeswax), Prunus Armeniaca (Apricot Kernel) Oil, Ricinus Communis (Castor) Oil, Cannabis Sativa (Hemp Seed) Oil, Olea Europaea (Olive) Oil*, Stellaria Media (Chickweed)*, Commiphora Myrrha (Myrrh) Resin*, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil*, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Oil*, Pelargonium Roseum (Rose Geranium) Oil, Boswellia Carterii (Frankincense) Oil, Anthemis Nobilis (Roman Chamomile) Oil, Tocopherol (Vitamin E).

Directions: Apply as needed to baby’s skin, especially after bathtime.
